About the Journal

INVORTEX Cinema and Communication Studies is an annual peer-reviewed journal, open access, edited by the Film and Communication Department of the Education and Humanities Faculty in the University of Monterrey. This journal publishes academic texts such as articles, research reports, book and film reviews and reflections on communication in all of its fields as well as film production, analysis and studies.

As an open access journal, INVORTEX doesn't charge authors for receiving, reviewing or publishing their texts. Also, readers have free access to all of our content.
