With the objective of identifying how manifestations from masculinities occur on Facebook and TikTok, a content analysis was carried out on a non-probabilistic sample of Mexican profiles that publish content in Spanish on publications and comments based on positions contrary to what Connell identifies as hegemonic masculinity. The main results show that the interactions in the observed sites take place around participatory parenting, given in the context of respectful couple relationships, with tolerance for gender-sex diversity, also highlighting free emo- tional expression as part of mental and physical self-care. Some of the main conclusions suggest that the positive mas- culinity traits that have been observed may be an indication of an incipient fracture of the traditionally present machism in the Mexican context.
