This work is part of a larger research project that is in progress. In this first installment, the main objective is to analyze and contribute to the conceptual development of certain theoretical constructs such as digital capital and digital vulnerability that are considered relevant in digital communication. Ethical elements provided by the theory of communicative action, the ethics of justice and duty, together with the ethics of care, are analyzed to propose an ethics of post-conventional contextual complexity that is applied to digital communication and that contributes to integral development. of the person and the growth of the social community.
